About me

I was born on the morning of 03 December 1973 at Aghamir Cottage.I was the last child of a 11-member family of seven sisters and one brother.

I spent my childhood on the streets of the old street of Tileh Shir Y-with my childhood friends who were mostly my relatives. Up to my 7 years was spent in the green streets and gardens and on 23 Sep. 1981, I went to school, the bag in hand and crying Ms. Mokhtari, the compassionate teacher of the first grade, taught me reading and writing .I experienced Vahid and then Jafar Pour school until 1986 and in 1987, years I went to Abouzar school managed by Mr. Shafiee. I remember well Mr Pishro.

My childhood is linked with memories of war and war games. In those days, the most attractive game was “War Game”. At nights, we went to the green grocery on the street corner and helped the shopkeeper to collect the fruits; the reward of which was some red, juicy watermelons. The watermelon rind was our game tool. Then throwing the watermelon rind  and bursting it on the head and face of our co-players was followed indescribable joy.

And in the end, “Tank Game”  , rind grenades were thrown at the enemy tanks in our imagination that most of the time were windows of buses passing and was followed by the cry and and challenge of the bus driver and his assistant.

In one of those  nights  a Japanese girl who, with her almond eyes shaking her hands behind the glass of the bus for us attracted my attention  Following up the Iranian culture  she had come to Iran, the ancient land of Kamin and Pasargadae.

And so much laughter she had on her face. We were being mocked by the enemy. So we should blow up her Tank. “Down with the enemy” was the first word that was uttered and the first grenades just hit the target.

The bus curtains were hung and no news of the almond-eyed smiling face girl was there; the bus growled and the driver’s assistant  appeared in the doorway.

A red slap hit on the butt of my ears which was left from the regret of culture. And a backpack on the shoulders which for the years, has tied with the heavy weight of the  last look of an almond-eyed girl  “the Religion of watermelon”.

From an early age I had a passion for music so much that I made a flute with a water hose I and in 1998, I paid the first  Income of my one month working mainly in agriculture over the cost of buying a Tonbak from a badger old woman.

Every day, with Tombak playing, I sensed music with my blood and skin as far as the Old Man in my neighborhood, Haj Dehghan, said to my father, “the boy will not get a fortune if left apart from your other children (it has no future-all last four children of the family had university education so that for the first time in 1985 my sister and then my brother enrolled themselves at Shiraz University in the fields of dentistry and management.)

after entering 22 Bahman high school in the year 1990,, with the collaboration of one of my school friends we launched the theater group “Mehregan” in Saadat Shahr and designed and launched the center’s amphitheater with our personal money.

Obtaining the third place in the field of performing theater, is among the provincial awards which we have gained with the art group Mehregan.

Since 1993, I began playing def by Art Master Gholamreza Gorgin and in 1997 I  started learning Art Master J. Rostami Tabor. In 1998, Andalib music band led by Art Master G. Gorgin was set up and I have the honor of playing it in the vicinity of “Hafez Mausoleum”.

Amir Miri, after holding concerts with different themes, began working as musical director of the university in 1998. Then with assistance of my friend and art master J. Rostami we launched Goran Tabor Players Group and feel honored of playing many  concerts with them.

In 2002, I married to my classmate, “Maryam Soleymanpour”; as a result of that marriage, we have a son named “Ariamard” meaning “Aryan Man” and a daughter named “Chista” meaning the goddess of knowledge, travel and knowledge” in Ancient Iran. The names were chosen as a result of the knowledge gained in the field of tourism. With officially establishment of Adrian computer services I officially experienced my business. until 2006, the company could, with cooperation of the staff instructors of Bastan School make new developments in the the cities of Pasargadae and created Arsanjan to the point that after 5 years, more than 5,000 professional and technical certificates and more than 1,500 computers were presented and provided in these cities. Miri’s family is being regarded as promoter computer science at Pasargadae. “the idea of Saadat Shahr Iran’s first e-city” was raised in 2004 by it and it has created its educational infrastructure which, after the change of government this plan was completely ruined.

Since 2004, with the purchase of a Pride car we launched our journey across Iran and after 6 months, with the birth of our son Ariamans we launched our first visit trio journey to Ardabil. Till now, we have had trips to -Orumiyeh, Zahedan Kermanshah, Sanandaj-Persian Gulf seasides from Bandar Abbas to Ahwaz-Gachsaran-Aligudarz-Khorramabad, Mazandaran -Gylan- Kurdistan, Kermanshah and ….. the result of those experiences of which are available as videos, photos and written materials.

Art activities in theater and music, along with hiking experience in the adolescence and youth brought to me holding student tours from 1997 to 2001.

Since 2006, with launching of Camp Spring next to the road traffic police Saadat Shahr I seriously entered the field of tourism and in 2008, with refurbishment of family home known as Aghamiri cottage, dating back to more than a century with my idea of cosmic tourism.

Holding the Nature observation tours of the night sky at Pasargadae, Persepolis and Hafezieh were faced with a national reputation and for the first time a new type of tourism as “Astro Tourism” was introduced to a variety of Iranian tourisms. In 2011, in the presence of representative of the World Tourism Organization UNWTO I was awarded a Letter of Acknowledgment and was thanked. Today, I feel proud that observation tours are carried across Iran and the agents and technical guides in this area hold tours under the same title and a number of people have created the job and have earned incomes.

Restoration of native values, emphasizing the protection of the environment, creating a sense of living in Iran, its transfer to the guests and the fame Aghamir Cottage in the national level, introduced us to the national and environmental and tourism activists. Consort and familiarity with the great environment at the meeting in Saadabad and the Olympic Hotel with Professor Kahrom, Mohammad Darwish, Mr. Ziaee and experts in the field of tourism such as doctor Beheshti, Mr. K. Eghtesadi, Maziar Al Davoud, A. Nooraghaee and their friendship with us.

In 2012, together with my friends and colleagues, we presented the Standard Resort Tourism to the Cultural Heritage and the National Committee for Nature Managed by Engineer Fayyazi for which conferences were held with in Tehran with the specialized teachers which in 2013 was notified throughout the country as a circular. Eco-tourism resorts in government legislation was recognized as a resort unit in cultural heritage.

The presence at various festivals and conferences at the national levels brought with them awards National Ecotourism Award at the nomadic festival in 2012 and selection of the Aghamir cottage as the nation’s top resort in 2016 are the most important awards.

Study and research on historical, local, nomadic foods and emphasis on culinary tourism, and building brands in this type of tourism supported by organic produce and hand woven products by rural, urban and nomadic people, are other activities that led us to launch “Dawn house” at 200 meters from the tomb of Cyrus providing the employment opportunities for local communities.

The idea of Bear Campaign and its handwoven products and creation of job opportunities in the diverse communities of nomadic folk led to to introducing 166 thousand hectares of pastures of Eghlid, Pasargadae and Marvdasht as the no-hunting area of the bear mountain. The campaign to introduce the Iranian Wrestling Federation and World Championship Wrestling as a sponsor of the brown bear in Las Vegas in June 2016 with our slogan “we are the voice of brown bears of Pasargadae” was echoed in the world.

Holding nomadic tours with the aim of preserving the environment and the presence of tourists in the protection of biodiversity to indigenous and tribal restore of the values of living in black tents so that they are rescued from perishing forever. Restoring nomadic costume and lifestyle that was changed to and presence of tourists at the tribe led to traditionally holding the ceremonies such as shearing and weddings, by local tribes.

Ideas such as Iranian garden of Human Rights, green carpet, fund for sustainable development of nomads, carnival of the environment, pantry and acid house, Dawn House, indigenous and nomadic mealsl, Bon-e Kuh, tourism of Kerkhos nomads, Village Akhtar for Tourism and Dstafarid Handicrafts Marketplace the preparations of which have been made with a focus on projects in the city of Pasargadae as a tourism hub.

The important fact is that the ideas are raised with the aim of sustainable development based on indigenous culture and values and environmental protection is linked with the slogan” empowering women to protect the Earth “.

After three decades of continuous activity in the sphere of culture and history I hope that “the watermelon debt” I have put down from my shoulder. I no longer feel its load for years. But every morning, I remember the heavy curtains hung at the following bus and the laughing lips mocking at me being lost in my range of vision.
